This is a nice Singer 128 manufactured at the Clydebank factory in the second half of 1913.
This machine comes complete with a Dutch manual and a receipt dated 4th of June 1915. Rather a special gift. It could be that the machine was in stock for at least a year, or was it sold second hand in 1915? The invoice at 51 Guilders was quite a large amount of money in 1915. The manual is lightly frayed but completeReceipt dated June 4th 1915 The all metal machine is simple and strong Heraldic decorationsF- prefix serial number dates to second half of 1913 in Clydebank.
